UK Delivery:

 

FREE UK Delivery on orders over £40. (2-4 days)

UK Standard Postage (2-4 days) - £3.95

UK Upgraded Postage (1-2 days) - £5.45

** Please note Delivery times do not include the manufacturing time required **

 

International Shipping:

Cost will be indicated at checkout, this will depend on the destination country and products ordered. 

 

 

Production Time & Dispatch

The majority of our products are bespoke and made to order. We aim to dispatch products as soon as possible and this is normally up to 3 working days, signs currently take up to 4 working days, postage times are on top of this manufacturing time. Around busy holiday periods this could be longer. You will be notified via email if there is any extended delay expected.

If ordering a last minute gift for a special occasion, please contact us before ordering to ensure that we can get the product to you in time.

Returns

Non Personalised

For all our non personalised products you have 28 days to notify us if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

N.B - The Customer is liable for the postage costs to return a product and is not entitled to a refund on the initial postage cost incurred to deliver the item.

Personalised Return

Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned. This is because of the nature of these bespoke products.

Faulty / Damaged

We try to make sure every item reaches its destination in perfect condition, however if this is unfortunately not the case and there is damage or a fault with your item we will either offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will require photo evidence of any damage/errors with the order to speed up the process, if this is not possible the item will need to be returned for inspection.
