Personalised Mirrors: As stated when ordering, all Personalised Mirrors ordered after the 17th November are Guaranteed Christmas Delivery.

Due to the huge demand on this item we are unable to give exact dispatch/delivery dates. We are currently working around the clock manufacturing and dispatching to get them to all customers in time for Christmas. 

Once dispatched you receive a dispatch email with tracking details. If you are using hotmail please check your spam inbox!

Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail Tracked services for our deliveries . Due to current strike action there are delays with the tracking of packages and delivery delays. I'm afraid that this is out of our control.
